She specialises in the development of robust, evidence-based economic models, including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, early economic, and budget impact models, delivered through both global frameworks and country-specific adaptations.

In addition to her technical leadership, Debalina has led strategic planning, operational optimisation, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and impact across complex HEOR engagements.
