Objective

To generate robust, HTA-ready evidence to support NICE submissions for treatments in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) and advanced systemic mastocytosis (AdvSM)

Methods

Conducted multiple systematic literature reviews (SLRs) in accordance with NICE methods guidance and PRISMA standards. Reviews were designed to identify and synthesise comparative clinical effectiveness, safety outcomes, health economic inputs, and health-state utility values. Evidence was structured to directly inform economic modelling assumptions, parameterisation, and scenario analyses required for update NICE appraisal.

Outcome

Produced a methodologically robust, HTA-ready evidence package that supported model development, reduced evidence uncertainty, and strengthened the overall submission
