7. Fees, Payment, and Invoicing

Fees for HEVANTRA’s Services are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in the applicable SOW:

• Invoices are issued in accordance with project milestones or as otherwise specified.
• Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may attract interest in accordance with applicable law.
• HEVANTRA reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required under Indian law, or equivalent taxes in other jurisdictions, will be applied to invoices as required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• HEVANTRA’s Services are provided for research, analytical, and advisory purposes only and do not constitute regulatory, legal, or medical advice.
• HEVANTRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Website or Services.
• HEVANTRA’s total liability to a client in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
